Ridiculous Requirements at the Philippine Embassy!

I’m fuming mad since this afternoon because of an incident at the Philippine Embassy in Doha, Qatar. Actually, I did not go there personally. Our liaison officer brought my diploma to the Philippine Embassy for authentication.
